In Queensland, many Hometainer projects can proceed through the building approval process with a private building certifier without requiring a separate Development Application to council.

In New South Wales, the approval pathway depends on the property, design and local planning requirements. Where a Development Application is required, we coordinate the plans, consultants and supporting documentation needed for submission and work through the process with you.
